Growing up, I did a lot of moving around. I’ve had the opportunity to live in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Arkansas, Georgia and Rhode Island. Upon my graduation from the University of Rhode Island, I decided to move back to Arkansas. Through out all the changes in my life, one consistent part of my life was fitness. I grew up in a health oriented family who helped me take my first few steps into the fitness space. My love for it developed quick, and it’s grown exponentially since then! Not only do I love fitness and nutrition itself, but the friendships I’ve developed through the common thread of drive, discipline and perseverance is unmatched.
